One colour, taken all the way
The idea is simple to the point of being silly: an orange car, filled with oranges, lit warm. Everything in the frame is the same hue, so the piece behaves less like a photograph and more like a swatch that happens to contain a supercar.
That monochromatic discipline is what saves it from being a gag. There's no second colour arguing for attention, no background doing scenery. It's one saturated field with a shape in it.
The result is a piece that people either laugh at or want immediately, usually both. It is not a subtle object and it has no interest in being one.
Where it goes
Where it struggles: a room that already has a strong colour in it. Two loud colours in one room is a fight, not a scheme.
Size and frame
40 × 30″ for most living rooms. 64 × 48″ when it's meant to be the only decision in the room — and at that scale it genuinely is.
Black frame contains the orange and stops it bleeding into a light wall. White makes it brighter and more graphic. Oak is the warm option and the one that keeps it domestic rather than gallery-ish. Unframed works if the wall is dark.

Is it a real photograph?
It's a surreal composition — the fruit isn't there by accident. It's built as an image rather than captured as one, and it doesn't pretend otherwise.
Will the orange overwhelm a small room?
In a small neutral room it'll dominate, which is usually the reason to buy it. In a small room that already has colour, size down or choose something quieter.
